NE Meters
National Energy: Proven Reliability Since 1954
National Energy’s positive displacement meters are engineered for precision and reliability, ensuring a trouble-free service life with minimal maintenance. Their unique construction results in low pressure drop for a wide range of liquids, delivering superior performance while reducing the demand on system pumps.
The exclusive metering element design eliminates inaccuracies, minimizes loads on bearings, and functions seamlessly in both forward and reverse flow. Our tri-rotor meter design features a precision-machined housing in which three rotors operate in synchronized harmony, measuring fuel with no metal-to-metal contact, thus ensuring a lifetime of sustained measurement accuracy.
Key Features of M25 Meter Elements for Hotspots
The design allows the force exerted by the fluid flowing through the meter to act at right angles to the faces of the displacement rotors, keeping the rotor shafts in a horizontal plane. This configuration eliminates axial thrust, reducing wear between the rotors and bearing plates, and ultimately providing a lifetime of precise measurement.
M-5® meters are used in refined petroleum products, aviation fuels, LPG, agricultural chemicals, paints and coatings, foods and beverages, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, printing inks, textiles
